The InterPro IPW-2UX4 is a brand new and totally unique "Twin 4-in-2" 2U - Dual Intel® Xeon Render Node which now supports the Intel® 6 and 8-Core! Intel® "Sandy Bridge-E" Xeon processors. Building on the massive success of the "Twin 2-in-1" render nodes (See: IPW-2UX2) It features FOUR independent 'Blades' each of which acts like a separate Render Node. All blades share a common power supply, saving you on power draw and rack space! The IPW-2UX4 also has a redundant power supply option to ensure you don't ever suffer any downtime.

Based on the trusted Intel or Supermicro server platform you can be sure of outstanding performance and unrivalled reliability.

Each mainboard of the IPW-2UX4 incorporates the brand new and very latest dual Intel® E5-26xx (6 & 8-Core!) series "Sandy Bridge-E" Xeon processors, each featuring up to 20MB of cache and DDR-3 1600MHz memory support (up to 256GB per 'blade').

In addition, each blade has dual Intel® gigabit LAN and hot-swap S-ATA RAID capabilities.
